AP Pension Speak Up is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of AP Pension for all AP Pension group companies. We call the service AP Pension Speak Up.

AP Pension takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports made and initiate investigations where possible and necessary. Reports are completely confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so.

AP Pension Speak Up is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

• Bribery / Corruption
• Breach of Policy / Procedure / Financial regulation
• Bullying / Harassment
• Anti Money Laundry / Counter-Terrorism Financing;
• Discrimination
• Fraud
• Health / Safety / Environment
• Sexual harassment and assault
• Supplier Misconduct
• Theft
• Other Unethical Behaviour or Misconduct
