Toyota Boshoku Speak Up is an independent and outsourced whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of Toyota Boshoku Europe for all Toyota Boshoku group companies in Europe and Africa region. We call the service Toyota Boshoku Speak Up.

Toyota Boshoku takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports made and initiate investigations where possible and necessary. Reports are completely confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so.

Toyota Boshoku encourages that serious offences are reported through Toyota Boshoku Speak Up. However, it is emphasized that this system is a voluntary alternative to the ordinary internal channels, e.g. local management, local HR responsible, group management, group legal / compliance responsible etc.

Toyota Boshoku Speak Up is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

  • Breach of Law / Regulation;
  • Breach of Policy / Procedure;
  • Bribery / Corruption;
  • Bullying / Harassment;
  • Conflict of Interest;
  • Discrimination;
  • Fraud;
  • Health / Safety / Environment;
  • Human Rights / Working Conditions
  • Misconduct / Inappropriate behaviour;
  • Sexual Harassment and Assault;
  • Supplier Misconduct;
  • Theft;
  • Violation of the Code of Conduct / TB Way;
  • Other serious violations.

Reports are confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so. You should provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation.

Additionally, you may be protected by local legislation on whistleblowing depending on the country from which you are reporting your concern. You can consult the local legislation on whistleblowing here.

The whistleblowing system is not an Emergency Service: Do not use this site to report events presenting an immediate threat to life, health or property. Reports submitted through this service may not receive an immediate response. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.
