ICT S.p.A. has adopted a specific Policy (Whistleblowing Policy) for reporting unlawful conduct within the company context. To this end, an internal communication channel has been identified through which conduct, acts or omissions can be reported that are in breach of the provisions of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Code of Ethics or of national and European Union regulatory provisions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity. This communication tool, which is a reporting service managed by Deloitte Financial Advisory S.r.l. S.B., with registered office in Via Tortona 20144 Milan, on behalf of ICT S.p.A., guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers, of the reported person, of the other persons involved and of the content of the reports.
