Activities that are in direct violation of the applicable legal and regulatory framework (L. 5072.2023, Act 225/1/30.1.2024 of the Executive Committee of the Bank of Greece, L. 4224/2013 Code of Conduct in the relations with Borrowers) as well as complaints pertaining to the quality of services provided for by the Company are managed by the competent independent Unit of Complaints Handling in accordance to the provisions of Act no. 157/02.04.2019 of the Executive Committee of the Bank of Greece and are not under the scope of the "SpeakUp" platform. "SpeakUp" is not a line for reporting general disagreements or arguments among the Company’s employees unless they relate to the areas under the scope of the Whistleblowing Management System (included in the “Home Page”).
Reports are confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so. You need to provide as much information as possible to facilitate any further action or investigation. Personal data and information may be disclosed to police or competent authorities, as per applicable, laws, rules, and regulations requirements.
