Rimac Group SPEAK UP is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of Rimac Group. We call the service Rimac Group SPEAK UP.

Rimac Group takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports made and initiate investigations where possible and necessary. Reports are completely confidential, and your personal information is protected at all times.

Rimac Group SPEAK UP is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

• Bullying/Discrimination/Sexual harassment and assault;
• Bribery/Corruption;
• Policy breach/Misconduct;
• Conflict of interest;
• Fraud/Theft;
• Health/Safety/Environment;
• Other serious violations.

If you want to report a violation, this can be done here. Although we recommend using the web-based system, you have the opportunity to report via e-mail or phone. If you prefer direct contact, please refer to the Company's whistleblowing facilitator.

Your report is completely confidential, and your personal information is protected at all times. You should provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation.
