Genel Energy Speak Up  is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of Genel Energy for all Genel Energy group companies. We call the service Genel Energy Speak Up.

Genel Energy takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports made and initiate investigations where possible and necessary. Reports are completely confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so.

Genel Energy Speak Up is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

• Bribery and Corruption including business courtesies, facilitation payments, funding social investment, donations and sponsorships;
• Conflicts of Interest;
• Data Privacy and Records Management;
• Discrimination or other misconduct and unethical behaviour;
• ESG related issues;
• Failure to comply with any legal or professional obligation or regulatory requirements;
• Health, Safety and Environment;
• Human Rights including modern slavery;
• Trade Sanctions and Export Controls;
• Insider Trading;
• Money Laundering and Criminal Facilitation of Tax Evasion;
• Other serious violations.
