Integrity, compliance with the law and responsibility towards people and the environment are the guidelines for Eberspächer's business activities. In its Code of Conduct, Eberspächer has therefore obligated all employees to comply with applicable legal regulations worldwide in all actions and decisions, to respect human rights and to protect the environment. Eberspächer demands the same from its business partners in its Business Partner Code of Conduct.
In order to ensure compliance, human dignity and environmental protection, Eberspächer considers it important to be informed of potential violations within Eberspächer's area of responsibility and influence so that it can provide clarification and, if necessary, remedy the situation. Eberspächer therefore encourages all employees, as well as external persons, to report suspected improper behavior.
Your information on possible violations is crucial for the integrity and long-term success of Eberspächer!
For this purpose, Eberspächer has introduced a globally accessible whistleblower system, Eberspächer Speak Up, which guarantees all employees of Eberspächer and its suppliers, as well as affected persons or third parties, confidentiality and, if desired, anonymity, as well as an organized procedure for processing the reports.
What types of violations can be the subject of a report?
As a whistleblower, you can report potential violations by Eberspächer employees or suppliers worldwide against national or international legal regulations, against internal regulations of the Eberspächer Group such as the Code of Conduct, which have been committed in connection with their employment at Eberspächer, in particular those relating to antitrust / competition violations, corruption / bribery / corruptibility and fraud / misappropriation/ theft / embezzlement.
In addition, you can submit complaints about human rights and environmental risks as well as violations of human rights and environmental obligations caused by Eberspächer's business activities in its own business area or by a direct or indirect supplier in the supply chain, such as violations of the Business Partner Code of Conduct, in particular occupational health and safety regulations and bullying / harassment / discrimination / unequal treatment.

Eberspächer investigates every report and treats the information you provide confidentially. Any discrimination, punishment, hostility or retaliation against whistleblowers will not be tolerated by Eberspächer. Rather, we actively promote an open and trusting speak-up culture in which concerns can be raised without fear.
Eberspächer will not protect whistleblowers who intentionally or through gross negligence submit false reports or information. If such whistleblowers are employees of Eberspächer, they must also expect measures under labor law (e.g. warning, dismissal) and other sanctions (e.g. compensation for damages, criminal prosecution) in this case.
