Bugatti Rimac SPEAK UP is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of Bugatti Rimac. We call the service Bugatti Rimac SPEAK UP.

Bugatti Rimac takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports made and initiate investigations where possible and necessary. Reports are completely confidential, and your personal information is protected at all times.

Bugatti Rimac SPEAK UP is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

• Bullying/Discrimination/Sexual harassment and assault;
• Bribery/Corruption;
• Policy breach/Misconduct;
• Conflict of interest;
• Fraud/Theft;
• Health/Safety/Environment;
• Anti trust;
• Money laundering;
• Other serious violations.

If you want to report a violation, this can be done here. Although we recommend to use the webbased system, you have the opportunity to report via e-mail or phone.

Your report is completely confidential, and your personal information is protected at all times. You should provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation.
