BUGATTI SPEAK UP is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of BUGATTI.

BUGATTI takes whistleblowing very seriously and will review all reports made and initiate investigations where possible and necessary. Reports are completely confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so.

BUGATTI SPEAK UP is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

• Bullying/Discrimination/Sexual harassment and assault;
• Bribery/Corruption;
• Policy breach/Misconduct;
• Conflict of interest;
• Fraud/Theft;
• Health/Safety/Environment;
• Anti trust;
• Money laundering
• Other serious violations.

If you want to report a violation, this can be done here. Although we recommend to use the webbased system, you have the opportunity to report via e-mail or phone. If you prefer direct contact with a compliance officer, please refer to Francoise Steyer – Compliance Officer (francoise.steyer@bugatti-rimac.com).
