SAT-7 Ethics Hotline is an independent whistleblowing service provided by Deloitte for SAT-7. We call the service SAT-7 Ethics Hotline.

SAT-7 takes whistleblowing very seriously and the Ethics Committee will review all reports made and initiate investigations where possible and necessary. Reports are completely confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity until you choose to do so.

SAT-7 Ethics Hotline is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

• Bribery/Corruption;
• Policy/procedure breach;
• Conflict of interest;
• Discrimination;
• Fraud;
• Health/Safety/Environment Violations
• Sexual harassment and assault;
• Misconduct;
• Theft;
• Other serious violations.
