Your reports are important
Integrity, trust and a good reputation are of the utmost importance to Festo. To identify compliance violations at an early stage and to prevent damage, we rely on an open corporate culture. In the event of suspected violations, employees and business partners are therefore encouraged to get in touch with internal contact points such as managers, the Human Resources department or the Compliance department at Festo.
Festo also offers the Deloitte Halo whistleblower portal as a secure and confidential reporting platform. Here you can submit reports on topics such as:
- Violations of the Festo Code of Conduct
- Violations of internal guidelines or laws
- Bribery & Corruption
- Fraud & Conflicts of interest
- Violations of antitrust and competition law
- Bullying, harassment & discrimination
- Violations of data protection law
- Violations of human rights
Secure & confidential - whistleblower protection
Reports can be made anonymously or by disclosing your name. Even if you decide to disclose your identity, all reports will be treated in strict confidence. Exceptions will only be made if required by law. Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation, ensuring a safe environment for reporting concerns.
Whistleblowers should only pass on information for which they have reasonable grounds to believe it is true. Abusive reports are not permitted.
How to submit a report
Independently from how you chose to submit a report, for example,
• directly via the Deloitte Halo whistleblower portal or
