Personal data and information submitted to Finanz Informatik Halo may be disclosed to law enforcement or regulatory oversight agencies to comply with applicable laws, rules and regulatory requirements.

Reports of supply chain violations can be disclosed to direct or indirect suppliers, protecting the identity of the whistleblower.
