The ECLA Foundation Speak Up is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of the ECLA Foundation. We call the service the ECLA Foundation Speak Up. 

We believe that any ECLA Foundation employee, board member, partner, beneficiary, vendor or other stakeholder has the right to raise a concern, which falls within the context and purview of the ECLA work. We encourage you to inform us as soon as possible if you have observed or experienced any wrongful conduct.  All reports brought to our attention will be properly reviewed and  investigated to the extent possible. Reports are confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity unless and until you choose to do so. We will take measures within our control to protect from reprisal anyone who reports wrongful conduct. Any attempts or acts of retaliation will be dealt with and brought to a halt.

The ECLA Foundation Speak Up service is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

• Violation of the ECLA Code of Conduct (Please see the ECLA Core Policies on the Ethics and Values website: http://www.eclt.org/en/ethics-and-values);
• Violation of the ECLA Child Safeguarding Policy (Please see the ECLA Core Policies on the Ethics and Values website: http://www.eclt.org/en/ethics-and-values);
• Fraud and financial malpractice, such as theft, misappropriation or misuse of the ECLA financial resources;
• Professional negligence, malpractice and misconduct;
• Other serious violations of ECLA policies or applicable laws.
