The ECLT Foundation Speak Up is an independent whistleblowing service managed by Deloitte on behalf of the ECLT Foundation. We call the service the ECLT Foundation Speak Up

We believe that any ECLT Foundation employee, board member, partner, beneficiary, vendor or other stakeholder has the right to raise a concern, which falls within the context and purview of the ECLT work. We encourage you to inform us as soon as possible if you have observed or experienced any wrongful conduct.  All reports brought to our attention will be properly reviewed and  investigated to the extent possible. Reports are confidential and you are not required to reveal your identity unless and until you choose to do so. We will take measures within our control to protect from reprisal anyone who reports wrongful conduct. Any attempts or acts of retaliation will be dealt with and brought to a halt.

The ECLT Foundation Speak Up service is designed to receive disclosures relating to the matters below:

  • Violation of the ECLT Code of Conduct (Please see the ECLT Core Policies on the Ethics and Values website: http://www.eclt.org/en/ethics-and-values);
  • Violation of the ECLT Child Safeguarding Policy (Please see the ECLT Core Policies on the Ethics and Values website: http://www.eclt.org/en/ethics-and-values);
  • Fraud and financial malpractice, such as theft, misappropriation or misuse of the ECLT financial resources;
  • Professional negligence, malpractice and misconduct;
  • Other serious violations of ECLT policies or applicable laws.

It is important that you provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation.
