FAQ

Q: Can I be anonymous?

A: Yes you can be anonymous. It is up to you whether you want to disclose your name, although we encourage you to identify yourself as this makes the investigation and resolution process easier. If the reported information is very specific, Deloitte cannot assure that your identity will not be apparent to the designated contact in Systematic.

Q: What happens when I make a report?

A: When you submit your report, an analyst from Deloitte will review the information you have given and suggest specific follow-up action to a designated contact in Systematic.

Q: What kind of information is required in the report?
A: As much as you can. Preferably:

  • Names of people involved
  • Names of any witnesses (if applicable)
  • Date, time and location of incident(s)
  • Details of any proof
  • Money or assets involved
  • How often the incident has happened.

Q: Why should I blow the whistle on misconduct?

A: To help Systematic remain a fair, safe and honest place to work. Misconduct can have a negative effect on the work environment and the company’s reputation.

A: It is not expected you will know every detail. Reporting what you do know, and doing it in good faith is enough.

Q. Do I risk punishment if it turns out I was wrong?

A. No. If your report was made in good faith, but it turns out to be a misunderstanding or a mistake – the case will be closed and no further action will be taken.

Q: Will I be involved after I report an incident?

A: No. Once you have made your report, you will not need to be involved in the report any further. However, if you have new or additional information, or would like to make an adjustment to a previous report, you can log onto the website with your reference number and password provided when you submitted your initial report. Alternatively, you can contact xx and quote the reference number.
