Deloitte provides CTS EVENTIM with the CTS EVENTIM Compliance Helpline as a a service. This is not an emergency service. Please do not report incidents that pose an immediate threat to life or property, as we may not be able to respond immediately. If you require assistance from an emergency service, please contact your local public emergency service.

All reports will be treated confidentially, and you will not be required to reveal your identity unless you want to. It is advisable to provide as much and as accurate information as possible as this will facilitate further action or investigation.

Personal data and information provided to CTS EVENTIM Compliance Helpline may be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
